CENTRALIZATION OF BACK-OFFICE SECURITIES LENDING AND BORROWING

For a global custodian customer, ITHAQUE has initiated a project aiming at centralizing securities lending back-office functions which unifies the existing systems of four European branches on a single target version of the information system. This project includes a technical element, which involves the implementation on a centralized platform of all the functions required by the various branches, each of them working in different operational backgrounds. It also includes an organizational and legal element.

After having carried out a preliminary study and proposed a migration diagram, ITHAQUE is now participating in the design and operational implementation : functional specifications, receipt, preparation and coordination of functional migration.
